Its dark enough to notice and clear enough to let the Apple logo light shine through. It was very easy to snap on. Taking it off feels a little tricky like it might break but once its on, you shouldn't have to take it off.

Beautiful Color

Nonetheless, the case shipped super quick. I received it in about 2 days. The color of it is beautiful. The picture does it no justice as the actual case is emaculant. I cannot wait until they make that color for the MacBook Pro with Retina display I will be the first to order it.

Great protector.
