This case was an amazing purchase! It really secures the Laptop all around. At first I was worried about it possibly becoming yellow overtime but after four months it has remained the same. I honestly recommend it to anyone who is afraid of breaking their laptop such as me.

Cute, slim design. Thought it would be durable because it is by the brand Speck which I regularly use their cellphone cases, however it crack within the first week and the crack kept getting longer and more cracks formed thereafter. It was abnormal bcus our Mac laptop has never incurred a drop.

i had it on my macbook for less than 30 days. purchased on 8/27/23. on 9/16/23 i noticed the edges of the top protector were cracking on the edge of the corners. on 9/25/23 the top cover completely cracked. i spent $53 with taxes and this didn’t even last me a month. my device doesn’t get left anywhere except my desk to charge, and the only place i put it while traveling is in a laptop sleeve. it is always with me. can’t return it or exchange it cuz the 14 days was literally the day before i noticed the minor cracking on the edges. :(((

The top case cracked after a few months of use. I have traveled with it and it has been dropped exactly 2 times. I’m glad I have the case but at the same time I wish the plastic was more robust.

This case was $50 so we assumed that it was sturdy and based that opinion on the description as well. Not even three weeks into using it, hairline crack which turned into a full crack within two days. Poor quality, we read the reviews and people complained of cracks after dropping their laptops but this wasn’t the case. I will be contacting the manufacturer.

A bit more cloudy than expected but it works super well, fits around the computer nicely, is very thin, and fits apple’s sophisticated minimalist style.

The macBook cover didn't fit the M4 at all. It was literally handed to us with the computer we bought. As you may see on the picture, there's no mention of M4 chip laptop, but they told us it was very fine. No it's not.

This is the style of case I prefer to buy, still very satisfied with the purchase

I had this case for a week before it started cracking. For $50 it shouldn't have cracked so soon.

Cheaply constructed not happy will return immediately

I put my laptop in its bag with case on and the corners already managed to crack. Not my favorite but then again it never said it was " hardshell " but it's far from a smart case for sure. The look and feel is great but knowing it cracks like cheap acrylic nails is sad and a waste of almost $60 not even 2months and Im going to need to get a new case for my laptop

The fit on it is a bit off and it’s more of a Smokey color than black

This is our 2nd case on my wife's laptop. It does a good job but she's kinda rough on it. As expected, the case will crack if the laptop is handled much less than carefully. Overall, it fits very well and will protect the laptop. Like a bike helmet, it will likely have to be replaced after it cracks although it will likely continue to provide limited protection.

Fits great, protects well, doesn’t look like I thought it would … it’s not clear or colored, it really detracts from the beauty of the Mac air
