I don't know whether to say thats a bad thing or a good thing. I did end up returning it and Best buy was gracious enough to take it back. However I went with a case I found on Amazon, way cheaper!

Ive to removed it three times for cleaning purposes and that apparently is a mistake, the shell is very brittle if pulled off leading to cracking.

I've purchased multiples of this type but and HOWEVER the last one purchased (15 inch laptop) is a tad large and tries to slide off often. A disappointment because this is my favorite cover for our home with multiple computers.

I had other cases in the past and have not had any problems. I may go back to incase.
