However, when I try to prop it up on an angle, it slips a lot . . . it seems like the "grooves" aren't deep enough to hold the tablet (the tablet is rather heavy).

It can be a little difficult to prop up, but overall it works well and protects the tablet.

NICE CASE

Very good protection and the color is nice, too. It's a plum color in my opinion. I would buy another one in a different color just for variety sake.

It's perfect and the bad thing about it afterwards I started considering taking it back and get another one from Amazon. Oh how lucky I was NOT to as I am very happy with it overall.

Case gets it done

I can say though that after 2 months of use it has performed exactly as intended. No issues at all.
