Fair for beginners

The controller via my Galaxy s9+ seems sloppy and slow to react. I purchased this to occupy my cat but the ball just isn't percise enough to play and manuever with him. Without a particular goal in mind it may do well for youngsters in a large clear flat space. Doesn't do carpet well. Always seem to have to recalibrate the directionals.

Good value for money.

It's a good way for kids who are interested in robotics and programming. The sphero mini is about the size of a ball and is programmable with any iOS or android device. So far she hasn't gotten over it and I'm hoping she'll enjoy it for at least a little while before she moves on to something else.
