Extremely R2D2 like! Animations are spot on!

Its sounds and movements are so perfect. It even gets up on his two feet and bounces back and forth. Fun Droid for Star Wars Fans

I grew up loving the original Star Wars Trilogy, and this Droid brings great memories. It can make several movements and sounds of the original R2D2. It is best to use on a flat surface due to struggling with getting stuck on carpet.

The best R2 D2 yet!

If you own BB-8 or BB-9E you can either switch droids via the control app or control all three at the same time. I also own BB-8 and it's a blast running these two little guys together! This R2-D2 is very much like owning the real thing! A must have for SW geeks!

A lot of fun to play around with and the battery life of about an hour is more than enough time. Only "complaint" is the app had to be open for R2 to be turned on. If you close the app, R2 goes to sleep; unless plugged in. Also, once he goes into a "deep" sleep it requires plugging him in for the app to recognize and wake him up. Still, totally worth it.

Unlike BB-8, this R2 unit has its own lights and sounds.
