4k version of this trilogy is major improvement over the high definition trilogy. HDR and Dolby Atmos are the main reasons to upgrade from Blu ray version. The audio sounds amazing but must have the height channels or overhead speakers in ceiling to appreciate the sound. HDR in 4k makes this a big step up from standard blu ray the colors just pop more and give Spiderman suit a bit more detail buts thats due to the 4k and HDR resolution. the one thing I was bummed about is the 4k disc doesn't have Spiderman 2.1 thats only available in the blu ray same goes for the new Spiderman 3 editors cut. all in all this is must buy for those who love the Tobey Maguire Spiderman.

I did not know how great these would be, but I am glad I spent the money and brought this trilogy set home. They look amazing in 4K and even better they all three come remastered with a Dolby Atmos surround track. Let's just say the Green Goblin's glider really glides overhead if you know what I mean. And the digibook packaging is the icing on the cake with lots of info in the liner notes to make any Spidey fan happy. Highly recommended!

I only knocked off one star because while they are included on disc, digital copies of Spider-Man 2.1 and the Spider-Man 3 Editor's Cut are not part of the package. Send tweets of anger and disappointment to Sony, who were kind enough to include digital copies of all physical cuts with previous disc releases (such as: The Raid: Redemption; Leon/The Professional 4K; Close Encounters of the Third Kind 4K).

I must confess, I’m not all that big of a Spiderman fan. I recognize that many people hold this Trilogy in a high regard and I think they were well made for their time, but I must admit that I feel they have not aged well. With all that said, while the 4K video and audio upgrade makes for a very pleasant viewing experience, I was pretty disappointed with the presentation. As a blu ray collector, I hate slip-page disc holders: they make it difficult to get the discs out and you also risk dirtying and scratching the discs. The booklet pages talking about the production were informative and fun, but not terribly in depth and wasn’t necessary.

I have only watched one and two(only ones worth getting really) but the picture is outstanding. The first one has a little more grain but nothing distracting. 2 looked really good. One of the better older movies on uhd.

This set is incredible in 4k. You can really see the details shine in this set and well worth it when you can snag it on sale. Best Buy was great in their price matching so kudos to them for this as well!

Great movies collections are a norm these days and if you have not seen any of the first three Spiderman movies your missing out. Great direction and great stories and great entertainment for all.

These are great movies, & so glad it was offered with digital format so I could add them to my Vudu collection. Also has additional information on the making of the films too.

I loved these films when they were originally released, this new update takes all the good and makes them even better

These are my favorite Spider movies. The 4k version of this set was nicely done. Would definitely recommend.

This Spiderman series is superior to the more recent conceptions. The 4k picture quality is an overall improvement to standard blu-ray.

the original spider man still has a soft spot in my heart i love the steel book upgraded 4k version.
