What happened to spigen?

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive had a lot of phone cases and this has to be one of the worst....from the holes not lining up to the tape that you have to put on the case that doesnt stick before you install it...why do i have to put the tape on the case? Im paying 60 bucks for a 2 dollar piece of plastic you could have at pre-installed the tiny little peices...and the give you not a single extra one...so good luck if you have to take it off to access the sim card its a one use then done and a poor one at that...going to return....this is the first 1 star review ive ever done for best buy and im a elite plus member so i buy more then frequently here
