Code Didn’t Work!

Contacted Best Buy support and they sent me to Nintendo. Nintendo support sent me to the game manufacturer, EA. The game manufacturer says they can’t help me and that I have to contact the store again.

No physical game card in box!

Instead there’s a download code! If I wanted to download it, I would just buy in the nintendo eshop, now I have 70GB of space taken up and a empty game case in my collection. This should be illegal to do. False advertising. You’re scamming people!

Disappointed

Now I have to go through the hassle of trying to contact EA to have them check out the old code and see if they'll send me a new code. If they don't than I'm going to be out of almost $40.
