Rutger is like the Greg Norman of film. He doesn’t always pull off a winner but you still enjoy watching him. This isn’t my favorite Rutger film, but It’s still pretty good. It’s starting to show it’s age, heavy synth soundtrack and cheesy one liners. The monster is thankfully not shown too much. You get that rubber suit vibe. They tried to clean up the picture, but there’s still grain and particles. You get a bunch of interviews and a short making of. They also included the longer Japanese cut. You also get a choice of covers, the one pictured and a Blade Runner looking one. Add in a slip cover and this is a solid release. So If you’re a fan you should pick this up while you can.

This my favorite Rutger Hauer movie next to Blade Runner. If you like Alien, Lethal Weapon, and dystopian settings this movie delivers all that in a fun package The transfer is on par with the german import so it looks like a 35mm theater print scan, but there are plenty of new extras MVD did another great job

I always liked this movie, kind of a B flick, Alien derivative, but fun and a solid movie. The film looks great on blu ray and finally available for a reasonable price. It has a commentary track as a special feature.

A classic B rated flick long overdue on blu ray. Rogue cop vs mutated creature in the post apocalyptic streets of London.

Cult classic, not number one in most views. Worth a watch if you can.

This is an odd but very entertaining movie and a typical Rutger Haur movie. If you are a fan this a must see dark thriller.
