    Of course it's expensive. I really can't justify why a strap should cost $50 but the problem is that none of the third party options I tried come anywhere close to the comfort of the Apple sport band made of fluoroelastomer. So I had to splurge and get this one.

    When I first received the apple watch band, I thought the color was a very lighter color than I thought it would be. The color of the band has grown on me and I would buy it again.

    I tried bands from Amazon. You know - buy 10 colored bands for $10. They were cheap knock offs not lasting more than a few months before fading and tearing. I knew better but the Amazon price was appealing. Spend the extra money and buy the real thing. Apple bands last seemingly forever and wear well. PERIOD.
