Rashes

My wife had rashes on her wrist. Apple replaced the band with a leather one. I purchased this band as my wife likes the color, unfortunately, she had again the rashes. She is fine with other apple silicon bands.

The box came in really bad conditions as if they stepped on it. The item was ok but disappointed in the way it was shipped
