I got fed up with Apple and the lack of support when they do updates and then their phones go skitzy and then you have to buy a new one. They don't even give you a coupon. Then I got a Motorola for free but kept getting a fever. It lasted about 2 years. Now I have the Samsung and very happy with it. Great quality and easy to use.

This phone is the truth!!!! I was a little skeptical about buying this product because I really wanted the Note 7, but I gave the S7 Edge a try. Great battery life you can make it throughout the day maybe more if you turn power saving mode on. The build quality is outstanding!!! The futuristic look of the device makes it even better. The screen scratches easily so get a screen protector.

Upgrade process took over an hour with all the electronic & regular paper work and that is with knowing in advance how to reply to all the questions. The good part is dealing with a live person instead to ensure service plans do not change where online you may not get certain choices.

I usually will not buy protection or extended warrenty programs on anthing. My one exception is any type of headset wired or wireless. Mine sah paid for itself 10 fold and this company honors theirs with fail.

Otterbox makes the most reliable phone cases. And Best Buy always has them in stock. I've had the Defender for my s5, s6 and now s7. Totally protects phone through several drops.

After a week of bringing my refrigerator home, it stop dispensing ice or water. I have a Geek Squad rep coming out this weekend to repair it.
