Its a lil uncomfortable to wear and the battery doesn't stay charged for very long because you have to leave the headset on to just answer a call when you pickup the headset. That's why I'm only giving it 3 stars

I bought these for our business because we are often on the phone and can’t stand neck cramps any longer. Anyway, I ordered 2 with a protection plan. It took us nearly a week to open them after they came due to being so busy and not having time for set up. After opening the boxes and beginning the installment the headsets were clearly used! I mean someone strategically cleaned them up to be sold. The rubber grippers one the bottom were worn and had traces of dust and hair. The button to turn on the headpiece was chipped from friction. It was disgusting. When I went to take them back I was told “you’re lucky we are willing to exchange these since our policy is 2 weeks after purchase” I was shocked, upset, and disgusted that the employee was not surprised. Also, I purchased one headset and ordered one headset from Best Buy (there was only one in stock) which was “delivered” yesterday. Apparently USPS delivered to the wrong address. I contacted Best Buy to ask about my package that was not delivered and I was told to contact my local post office. Soooo many issues!!! I just want headsets!

Works great! Is used every day and there have been no issues.
