Bought for my wife as a replacement for her old iPhone 4. She still loved her Apple but had become dissatisfied with the carrier that the phone was tied to. Both my son and I have LG phones that we love, so this was an easy risk. Her initial issues are getting accustomed to a new operating system and a seemingly short battery life per charge. She's overcoming the former quite well and is appreciating some of the aspects of Android over Apple. The battery gets her through a day but is often in the teens when she arrives home from work. I experienced the same issue on my LG when I first got it. This was overcome by figuring out which unnecessary apps & processes were running in the background and disabling or reconfiguring. We're working our way through that process with her. Everything else she's very happy with. Particularly the newer, larger, brighter screen.

For the price this is one of the best you can get. And the degree of customization / features reflect how much LG thought through of the item from the user's perspective (e.g., able to customize the button order etc.). I have purchased this upon giving my old LG Tribute to my mother (this one is Duo), and though the battery life is not as long as the LG Tribute (but this one was weirdly long --- with going on almost a week with one charge), it definitely lasts longer than many franchise phones still, with easily two or three days with one charge. Another positive comparatively is that the internal storage went up to 8GB from the old 4GB. This part is important since, unless rooted, apps can be installed on the internal storage only (due to the recent trend of getting rid of the SD card slot).

My 10 year old needed a phone because he ride the bus now. Of course, he wanted a smart phone so that he could play games. This phone allows you to talk, talk and surf the internet. Games and apps are easy to access. I like that the phone is pretty durable, but the screen has already broken. This phone is also susceptible to viruses as he has pop ups that are annoying to navigate. I probably won't get anything more expensive for him, but you do get what you pay for.

I bought this phone for my 11 yr old son since he started walking to/from school this year. It is a good phone and he really likes it. The main issue about the phone is the camera isn't that great. But get what you pay for.

Not a bad purchase for a prepaid phone. The main button is on the back which is somewhat annoying and hard to get used to.

Very solid phone with ips screen, nice design. I like the power and volume button at back.
The camera is not the best in the world but for this price, how many of them are?

Not bad for the cost. Speakerphone not as loud as we would like. Bought as a cost efficient replacement. Would'be given 4 stars if not for the low speaker. Recommend purchasing an SD card for extra storage...phone storage fills up quickly.

Couldn't even get through its own setup fresh out of the box without overheating. The camera was atrocious. I couldn't figure out how to uninstall apps/programs!
It was cute and pretty but not functional. Very disappointing for an LG! Had to return.
