Best Buy helped me get the wifi working . If not for the great people at Towncenter BB The connection to PBS kids and Sprout would not of happened and I would have asked for my money back. The manual abs quick start are not adiquate. Thanks BB. (Sprout Cubby)

Right out of the box, the tablet did not work. The screen flickers on and off randomly and it won't hold a charge. Returned item. Unable to exchange because best buy is no longer carrying this tablet.

My grandson loves this tablet, he's only two and is learning how to use it quick.

I but this tablet for my two-year-old son and he loves it this has to be the best tablet he has ever had it teaches pretty well and it has a lot of educational games I love it

I bought this for my daughter now almost 3, she is very ruff on it and it has held up very well, on occasion the chubby software freezes up but I than that great product for the little ones with great control on content.

My grandson loves his tablet . I wasn't sure what kind to get him, nothing to hard but he knows exactly how to use it. I made a great choice.

I thought I was getting a good deal for my money, but I was hugely mistaken. Apparently there's a glitch found in multiple devices. Im not even sure why Best Buy still sells them. Waste of time and money.

It's great for a toddler. I wish there was a volume control setting because my toddler pushes the volume button to the max.
