Not child friendly as they claimed it was. Tablet is broken already

child seems to really enjoy the item. Would recommend it.

Purchased this for my grandson. He loved it. He uses only under adult supervision. It was charging and I went to take the tablet off the charger and 1/4 of the screen is black. It's only 6 weeks old. After going back and forth with customer service they agreed to repair one time. Save your money and buy an Kid's Amazon Fire.

This is exactly what I wanted for my child when looking for a tablet but it is poor quality. It is slow and crashes often. My son cannot lightly tap on an app to open it, he has to apply pressure and sometimes tap continuously in order to open an app.

Tablet is for children to enjoy but it stops working & looks the screen. Personnel at Best Buy were not at all helpful - blaming Google. In the end it was not Google - but still not pleased with how personnel treated the situation.

I expected the product to be a lot better but it was ok.

this was a Christmas gift for grandkids, I guess they maybe to rough but they didn't last but about a month and quit working and got a bug where you could not download apps.

Good concept horrible speed takes way to long for games to load. So slow 5yr old uses it as a paperweight....

I've purchased two of these and they both went blank.

I bought this because my 4 year old son uses my Kindle Fire all of the time and I wanted to get him one of his own. I wanted it to be a durable one, so I looked at ones that were rated for kids thinking they would be more heavy duty. Boy was I wrong! I got this for my sons 5th birthday. He only played it while he was in his carseat in the car. He never had it anywhere else and I never heard him drop it or bang it against anything. Less than a week after he recieved it, I found it sitting on his seat with the screen cracked and the console would not work anymore. I think he accidentally sat on it. He weighs approx 35 lbs. I brought it back to the store to see what I could do. NOTHING. They wouldn't take it back and it would cost more to fix it than it was worth. Very saddened that I saved and saved and bought something for my son that I thought he would love and it lasted less than a week. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Looks like I am not the only one this happened to now looking at the reviews. I am going to post on facebook so I can save all of my friends from buying this product.

Bought for my 2 year old granddaughter. This has been a great buy. Good parental controls, easy use and very entertaining for child. Great learning tools too. This has been beyond my expectations. Highly suggest buying this rather than a regular tablet.

Great buy for toddlers! I wish the bumpers could not be removed because my son removes the 1 piece bumper. Other than the bumper it's an educational past time for young minds!

I bought this for my son to replace his Leap Pad Epic he dunked in the toilet. The first one we got worked really well until the first time it was dropped and then the screens lights were all messed up. I had the replacement plan on it so I took it in to geek squad for my full refund. I went home ordered a second one. When it came in the mail I opened it and turned it on the center of the screen didn't work... I went ahead and set it up for my son because he has autism and his tablet is something that he needs day to day to keep him calm. I order him another leap pad epic and it was supposed to be her Friday so I figured it somewhat worked it would be fine for 3 days. By the second day the screen stopped working completely. Then it just shut off and now it won't come on. I do not recommend buying this for a young child what so ever. It says ages 2+, my two year old is too hard on it also. It's fragile. This would be a better fit for a 5 or 6 year old. That is if you want to deal with the defects you may encounter.

i like the kid mode and parent mode, the games and the google play store

Screen broke day after purchase. 30 day Best Buy warranty doesn't cover. Manufacturer wanted 75.00 up front to look at it. End result, 100.00 down the drain. Not sure how it works but NO WARRANTY.

My 2 yr old hasn't had his tablet for 30 days and it freezes, the charger doesn't work, lines started appearing on the screen, can't type without having to rotate the device and my parental control password doesn't work from the computer. To make matters worse, the manufacturer wants me to pay them $75 to fix because they said that these aren't covered by the warranty. I paid $79 and I'm giving you $75 why? I will never purchase another ever again.

My kid loved it in the beginning. After three weeks I began to experience issues. The device continued to reset itself and I would have to reprogram each and every time! Poor Poor Poor customer service

I recently bought this product. I'm very disappointed. It only worked for one week. One morning i tried charging it and it just didn't charged at all. It wont even turn on. Too expensive for only a week of fun.
