Didn't work out of the box

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this on Best Buy Website and by the time I moved and took it out of the box to use it. It didn't work and the instructions said not to take it back to the store. I couldn't get any technical support for the product. So I did take it back to the store for a refund and because my move was delayed, it had passed their return period for a full refund but they did give me a credit, which I appreciated but would have preferred a full refund.

This was all in the time period within ten minutes of use. Waiting for a replacement unit. I hope this one works! So I can't say if I would recommend it to a friend as of yet, have to see how the replacement unit works.
