This device is just perfect. I have a very big artic and i but this A/C and it worked like magic. Its cools the artic so well….. try it you would love it

This is one of the better air conditioner i have had it works great for my room size. The price is a little much and it is worth it

the ac includes a directional spout that directs the air upwards. If you have cathedral ceilings, it cools from the top first.

I don’t know if this is a bad product because of the way they shipped it or if it’s just generally a bad product brand. But it didn’t get cold.
