    never used a induction oven before now, took right out of box plugged it in read instructions very simple, cooked tuna helper in 15 min.

    I ordered this on Best Buy Website and by the time I moved and took it out of the box to use it. It didn't work and the instructions said not to take it back to the store. I couldn't get any technical support for the product. So I did take it back to the store for a refund and because my move was delayed, it had passed their return period for a full refund but they did give me a credit, which I appreciated but would have preferred a full refund.

    I had to sent the unit back, was defective, cooking temp would jump from 700 to 1300 and would shut down. This was all in the time period within ten minutes of use. Waiting for a replacement unit. I hope this one works! So I can't say if I would recommend it to a friend as of yet, have to see how the replacement unit works.
