Nice overall outer dimensions. Decent look. Quiet. Spacing for bottles is minimal. Doesn't hold temperature steady. Allows about a 2 degree variance.

Garbage

Had to get three to get to one that the door was not broken at the hinge. No shipping damage, so packed up like that. got the third one home and yes, damage! on the back, superficial, so I decided to try it out. A full week on and the temperature was all over the place. The 46F setting for the top was usually 56F real temp, and the 56F setting for the bottom was always 50F or lower. Garbage, they should stop selling this. Replaced this with the Frigidaire 38-bottle, hit the accurate temps in 4 hours, steady for 3 days, and much better quality construction, shipping box, and overall use.

It's good for the price, the temps fluctuate a little and the spacing between the racks don't fit a handful of wines I buy, but the racks can be removed, you would just lose some storage space. Overall it is a good product, looks great in person and the fan motor is quite. Dual temps do maintain a decent gap between the top and bottom level.

Overall, the wine cooler does what it is supposed to do, keep wines cool at two temperature settings. It did take some time for the second zone to get to the desired temperature but eventually, it did. It did arrive with some damage but I was able to glue plastic back on the door. Did not effect cooling process at all.

Positives: It looks very nice. The wood shelves and backlighting are very sharp.
Negatives: Poor quality. One fan failed within three months and the other in less than a year. Now it is simply a wine storage unit, as it does not cool at all. Would not recommend purchasing if you want a wine cooler that cools wine.

Bought this as an anniversary gift for the wife and she loves it. The dual temperature works great and it’s quiet, haven’t had any problems since buying it.

Disappointed, problematic placement requirements

Three weeks after I purchased this wine cooler, the top section stopped holding temperature. The instructions said the unit has to have 4 to 5 inches clearance around all sides, and that it can't go in a closet, or even a "wall niche". This information doesn't appear online, so you don't know before ordering. Well, the only spot I have is a very spacious niche, but it gave the required clearances so I figured it was okay. Neverthless, when I called the manufacturer about the malfunction, they said even 6 inches above the top was no good. It must be totally freestanding far away from any walls, shelves, windows with sunlight coming in. Fortunately I purchased Geek Squad coverage, and got a replacement, but now I am afraid it will only malfunction again if it's so sensitive. Unit is nice looking but not practical. So be aware before ordering. I'm selling my new one. Too much trouble.

Beeping Noise

Avoid this wine cooler at all cost! I've had mine for 2 years now and there is an incessant perpetuel beeping noise from the temperatures and lights changing on their own, it can be heard throughout the house. I contacted the manufacturer about the faulty electronics and they said it was out of warranty my only option is to purchase the replacement parts, disassemble and install the new parts myself. $80? Pass.
