It a great air conditioner, gets cold easy to me it work perfec.

Ask a question before purchasing to geek squad. ask if it was ventless and did not require outside ventalion. when opened box there is a a need for it to be vented to the outside. not an easy job for me to do.

Not so great, just enough coolness for small area. Not too fantastic for great coldness.

The instructions leave much to be desired. I realized the first window I tried to put it in was too small so I ended up putting it in a second window, but because I'd already added the adhesive to the first one, I was out of luck. It took entirely too long to figure out how to get the exhaust tube to stretch and properly screw into both ends. And after two hours of setting it up because the pieces don't fit together as easily as I thought they would, it won't work. It just has a low hum. The fan won't blow. The air won't blow. I can't recommend this product. Maybe I got a faulty one, but even the setup time was ridiculous.
