This mini-refrigerator performs admirably. It is true to the stated size, so it fit into the limited under-counter space for which we ordered it. The door shuts tightly to keep the cold air in. The door is actually stainless steel, not a low-quality, cheap looking "reasonable facsimile." That, in and of itself, makes this refrigerator a better value for the price than many others. In addition, however, it runs very quietly. It has a temperature control that works well to regulate the temperature wherever we set it, and it gets much, much colder at the colder settings than the rather low quality, low performance Kitchenaid we had in the same space before. It is much better built and seems much more sturdy. The previous refrigerator only lasted four years or so. As for the durability of this SPT, only time will tell. But it appears to me very likely that this one will outlast the previous one. I ordered expedited shipping, and it arrived three days BEFORE it was promised, even to Hawaii; that was impressive.
