This works great as an A/C unit in half our house. Our built in unit is dying and this does a great job until we can save up for a new one. I recommend it.

Cools great!! Easy to install! Would be easier to move if the plastic tubing was longer. The vent duct works fine.

This unit works great for small rooms. I got mine on sale so it wasn’t too bad at Best Buy but I do not think they have it there anymore. But it does work good so I would recommend it.

So far this Ac is working great. I have it in a 2 car garage turned office and it does the job. I like it really cold so Id consider bigger if large space but for the most part it keeps it cool. Have not used heat yet.

This was my first experience with a portable air conditioner.did not know It needed a window open with a vent hose out it and a drain hose. But it wasn't a big problem. I really like it. Can't wait til cold weather so I can try out the heater

Overall this unit did very well. We had the rooftop a/c fail on our travel trailer and I purchased this unit in a pinch. We used it for a 3 day weekend in a 30 foot travel trailer at South Padre Island, Texas.

It cools my bedroom very well. It is upstairs and has always stayed warmer than downstairs Now this unit not only keeps my room very cold , but all of the upstairs very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone!

Using this for my two car garage which is a little too big for the unit but works well in a smaller room.

Cools off my upstairs very well, brings temps from upper 70s to mid to upper 60s in the hottest of days in summer.

Living in a small 600 square foot shop until our house is finished. ran across this air conditioner and glad i did. Very quite and does a great job of cooling the area. Even with temperatures in the 90's.

I have a small 720 square-foot house. It works well to keep the temperature in the 70s if it is set to 62 which is its lowest setting. I like this product but I don’t feel it could adequately keep the house cool if it was 600 ft.². For one bedroom or a two bedroom maybe 400 to 500 ft.² area I think it would work well but that’s about it

I use this portable to cool my bedroom and bedroom bathroom at night. it does a very adequate job of it. Probably about 600 square feet total. Works well to dehumidify the area also.

I bought this in exchange for a Frigidaire portable AC because the other one did not have enough power. This one was a little better but still lacks the kick of a real AC. I guess it's a downside of a portable AC, but it still does not do the job for me. Features-wise and the look of it (especially that it is an indoors AC), it's of good quality. So it does not make the aesthetics of my room horrible. It is cold, but it doesn't really freeze, if you know what I mean. The temperature can only push to a certain temperature-- and this is on a 600ish sq ft space. I would rather, an AC is cold and then I can turn it down to regulate. The thing is, it doesn't really cool that much-- it is on full power the whole time and it does not really get down to 62 degrees, the lowest it can supposedly go. On a hot day, the only workaround I had to do was to anticipate the heat and turn it on before the heat starts. At night, it would not get really cold. I feel bad I couldn't find a really good portable AC to fit my cooling needs. This probably was the better of the two ones I tried. But still, it did not cut it.

I have this a 3 star only because the cooling side works great but the heating side does not work at all. It might be a defective unit so will schedule Geeksquad for a repair.

Great product and it cools wonderfully. Heat works so so. No complaints thus far. Looks good and seems well built. Love love love love love love love love it. Good buy.

Works well kool down two car garage with in mins .

The air conditioner works great. It doesn't take long to feel a difference in the house. Haven't used the heater yet but if works as air it will be fine.

Live in Pacific Northwest. While we don't need to use AC often, this is perfect for those few days where the temp gets a little toasty.

It is perfect for my small bedroom. Cools the whole room. Beats this heat wave.

This unit works great. Cools 2-3 rooms in about an hour. Well worth the price.
