I bought this cooler coz my wife insisted on a portable cooler.. I think I am a satisfied customer ... I have no complains so far.. Best bet for the price...down side is that it makes noise while blowing cool air

Ordered and first one was defective, so i ordered a 2nd one and that was defective. I was not happy at all.

Delivery is beyond expectation, like just a few days after we ordered it online. It's in excellent condition. We like the ionizer and the flexibility to use it as a cooler or just a fan. We are satisfied with it.

Wokr decent only wen u add ice to the water. If you dont then u just bought a expensive fan.

I used cooling pads, put ice in it, still nothing got cooler by more than 2 degrees.

You are better off buying a small fan instead of the air cooler. You have to be about 2 feet away from the fan to feel any air.

Not a good product, I am returning it. I am very disappointed

I ordered this in the hopes of balancing the air flow in my house. I make fresh juices daily for myself & for co-workers. The Evaporative Cooler on my roof on 1 side of the house only cools the bedrooms which leaves the kitchen into a hot zone thus the fresh fruits go bad quickly. U can feel the cool air within 4 feet of the cooler. I was not happy that it arrived without instructions, WITHOUT the remote control (as it was stated on BestBuy.com), & the unit only hold 7 Liters of water......NOT 10L as it was also stated on the website. I had done a price match off Amazon.com ($92.37) last week only to see that BestBuy.com has it now offered for $84.....smdh I was hoping this would've been an alternative than buying a small/decent sized fridge for my fruits and veggies......Looks like I may have to exchange this for one, or just spend more for a much bigger & better cooler. I don't know what I'll decide. I'll give it the 13 days I have left remaining to see my options.

i bought this air cooler to replace my old air cooler ( bought in 1992 and still works . and blows out cooler air than my new air cooler). i tested the fan it works, but i didn't test the air cooler. a fews months later i pour water in the air cooler, turned it on and was disappointed the air cooler didn't blow oiut any cool air. i woke up the next morning and noticed a leak on the left and right edges. it was past the 30 days for return. so i checked where the leak was. i was surprised the water was coming out of the bottom where the screws are attached to the wheel casters (left and right) and the cord handles. its leaking thru the 4 screws (wheel casters and cord handles). this is very poor construction. ill fix it. but it should not happen this way!!!!!!!!!!!
