air conditioner works pretty good I says that i would need to empty out water often while using air conditioner I have not had to do it once and I use it almost every night

The room I live in has always maintained a temperature 15-20 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. The room is15x12. The installation of the unit was extremely easy. It took about a day for the unit to get the room from 92 to 72 and has maintained it since then.

My Master bedroom is at the opposite end of the house from the main A/C blower, so it is the warmest room in the house. I live in Texas, and my house points S/E, so it picks up direct sun and heat most of the day. This unit gives me the advantage that I can shut down the un-used bedrooms of my home and run this at night to keep things cool. Huge break in my electric bill! Have not tried the heating portion of this product, but suspect it will be pricey to run, as most add-ons are.

Put this in an enclosed porch with east exposure. Works well in evening and on <85 degree days. Area is only 8 x 12' , but does have a lot of windows and a refrigerator in this area. Hopefully, will work better when fridge is moved out.

I did, however, run it the first couple days to check it's capabilities. When it blew cold air, it was COLD, so I'm relatively sure it will cool off my man cave in the summer. Don't wait til the room is hot before you turn it on (A/C). When the room temp starts to go up....turn it on then so it can maintain the temp. If you wait too long it will be a battle for this guy to catch up....it will maintain the temp fairly easy. I haven't used the heater yet because it's summer but soon. No problems with setup.

I have piece of mind now. Should my central heat/AC breaks down ( my house has only one unit), then heat/AC will be available for my bedridden husband.

I bought it to cool a room without an a/c in it. but you can't lower the tempt, below 75 degrees. I've read the instruction over and over, I have it vented the way in states in the directions. tried to call the manufacture but never could get ahold of anyone,,

Works just as I wanted, I have had no problems, would recommend.

I bought two of these units for my kids rooms. They are small, but pack a punch. I like that they are on wheels and easy for my kids to move around. They also allow me to set the thermostat in the house a little higher and just cool the occupied rooms.

Oh my god this machine was so loud it was like being in a small plane without headphones on. The walls were reverberating with noise. And on top of it all, it didn't get the room very cool. I replaced it with a smaller LG which was MUCH quieter and got the room cooler than this unit.

bought this for a tenant. installed 3 weeks ago and I have not heard any complaints so that is good in my book.

This is a good option if you have a limited location for placement of A/C. My room is about 250sq and if the outside temperature is 95F it will lower inside temperature to about 73F. That's with its lowest setting and high fan. It will not get cooler than that. It does send out cold localized air flow. Depending on how you adjust the fan blower it will only cool one side of room more than the rest. Do not expect to get the same kind of overall cool effect that you would from centeral A/C or from a mini split. It does have a high sound to it. But that is too be expected. I have purchased several different units and all are loud. Overall due to the complexity of my home this unit has done well enough. Provides about 20-25F cooler than outside heat and i can remove it when the months get better. Takes about 90mins to drop temperature if its middle of day. I live in San Diego and i use it from Aug to Sept.

This unit couldn’t produce the heat I needed. No matter what settings I put. I tried everything. I decided to take it back and just used a space heater

I am beyond disappointment. As a matter of fact, I'm hot, sweaty and beyond disappointment. This thing is so noisy it not only freaked out my pets but it set off the dogs next door. It's going back tomorrow.
