Not much to say accept they work

Using this kit has allowed us to save a lot of space is our smallish laundry room. The kit is also very stable the washer and dryer do not shake when running.

They worked perfectly. The dryer feels really steady on top of the washer. There is no vibration.

So we had to wait another week for item to be delivered and reset the appointment. Thankfully the cs rep was helpful and understandable and waived the cost for our dissatisfaction and good customer service.

So another $70 later and 3 days for deliver we got it....why in the world was it not included or at least sold to me then....to make matters worse then a "technician" required me to replace 2 hose bibs that were completely fine, they only had some green brass look to them. another $250 and Customer Svc played stupid....terrible service...they owe me the $250 and i would not recommend them for anything....dishonest and not a stand up company any longer....second negative review and not one customer service person reached out...nobody gives 2 cents about customer satisfaction..

We purchased the LG 5.0 cuft washer and the LG 7.8 dryer and trust me this was HEAVY. This bracket kit was great. Had my washer and dryer for a year now with no issues.

However, when i received more clarification of what i needed to have them installed and a 2nd delivery was scheduled. Thise guys were great. Very helpful and informative. Thanks Charles and Bobby.
