LG Washer/Dryer looks good and works well thus far. WiFi notifications are great. Washer/Dryer not installed by Best Buy, but only delivered and unboxed because I had the gas line extended by a plumbing company after delivery.

It was an awesome experience. Installation was an ease. They called 1st and showed up in the given time. They are very courteous and very helpful in showing you how things are being done. Thumbs up!!!

Missed delivery bc no ph call 30 min before arrival was made & had to reschedule. On the 2nd delivery attempt the person called when he was on the way so we were able to receive the appliance. Installation & haul away was done efficiently.

The product is great, but the service was terrible! After three attempts, and 4 weeks, I ended up paying my handyman to install it. First time the guy was too big to work in the small space, Second time they were able to remove the old one, but Best Buy sold me the wrong type of dryer vent and gas line, so unable to install. Third time, after having to buy the right equipment from Home Depot, because Best Buy doesn't carry it, they told me the gas valve, which was clearly visible to the previous crew, was too old, and I would have to replace it and have them return to install. That's when I called my handyman...

Lousy customer service they delivered to me 4 different times washer and dryer purchased from outlet open box and dryer didnt work couldnt use it scheduled for pick up and took them forever to deal with me i purchased on 4-10-25 and never got a chance to enjoy it customer service is not in the local store its somewhere else in the wotld and yhry dont communicate with thr local store they give you appointments for pickup or delivery only to cancel at tge last minute when you have cancel plans for them i will not ever buy or recommend anyone else thst i know to use best buy

Guys did a good job with the install. Quick and painless. I did have to help a little with the gas line prep. I had to take the cap off since the guy could not get it off.

No show for installers on first day. They tried to install machine, but couldn't do a good job. Not their fault. The existing vent wouldn't allow the new machine to be flush to the back wall. Had to call 2 handymen to relocate vent. Then all was well. The Geek installers were apologetic, calm and polite. They did haul away the old unit and cleaned up after themselves.

Abraham and Miguel could not have nicer - not to mention they operated as a perfect team - I hope they can be recognized for their professionalism.

I never had a reason to give Geek Squad a bad rating until now. I bought an LG Washtower with a gas dryer and it was installed by what I thought would be the Geek Squad. No, it was farmed out to a service that really has no idea how to professionally install or handle appliances. It took FOUR tried to even get it halfway decently installed. Think about that - all that wasted time on my end and all that paid manpower on their end. It was ridiculous. The first time they came they didnt use most of the hoses and cords that I had paid extra for but took them back for themselves. Would not use the semi-ridgid duct for the dryer and instead insisted on using the old flimsy aluminum and crimping it so much that I got an alarm from the dryer. The second time they did not have the parts to correct. The third time they called and said that they did not understand what they needed to install because they did not have an appliance and never showed up. The fourth time they at least used the correct parts and, I hope, credited me for what they did not use. It is still a lousy job that a 12 year old could have done, I spent hours on the phone on hold and hours waiting for crappy installs. I even called LG to ask for their help but they said that it is BestBuy's problem. I was going through cancer treatment at the time and needed to be able to schedule either morning or afternoon. THe schedulers would not do that, Said I would be notified the day before and then it could not be changed. It was a NIGHTMARE! I really thought I was dealing with some fly-by-night company that was scamming me. Before you ever buy an appliance from them, check to see who is going to do the install and if they are going to outsource it. If so, don't but it there! I have bought all my home entertainment equipment and tv's from BestBuy and could not be happier with the Geek Squad service just cannot believe the circus that the home appliance crew creates.

Dispatch team was rude, looks like the installer are super lazy. I got a missed call and i called them back after 3 minutes and they said they went home for the day and they refused to come back. Dispatcher was super rude and i had really bad experience.

The guys that cane were good communicators and installed the washer/dryer stackable with no problems
