    I don't see where else I can write about my delivery/installation experience, so I'll do it here. Purchased Whirlpool laundry center, delivery 9/11. Shows up as scheduled, guys take it out of box, one side is damaged. Guys put it back on truck, phone it in. My old unit is still working, no big deal. I receive email, new one coming 9/17. On 9/17, guys show up, take old unit away, install new unit, start a wash cycle, it runs, "you're good to go sir, let it finish the wash cycle", and they leave. Washer goes into spin cycle, makes all kind of racket. THEY DID NOT TAKE THE SHIPPING ROD OUT. Two large red stickers on that side of unit saying "Take shipping rod out". Spend 1.5 hours on phone to finally have someone tell me the transaction has not posted in the system yet, sorry, call back tomorrow. Call 9/18, over an hour on hold to talk to someone, they'll send a service guy out 9/21. Wife takes half day off work to wait, guy shows up, "they ran this with shipping rod in, it has to be damaged, I'm not even going to open it up, you need a new one." He calls and schedules, it's coming 9/25. I take a full day off work, 9/25 the 7-1 delivery window comes and goes, nobody shows. On phone from 1 to 3:15 pm, where someone finally says "I have no idea what happened, delivery now scheduled 9/28". So 9/28, wife takes half day off work, washer comes and installed. So eleven days no washer dryer in house. I lost a vacation day, my wife lost a vacation day. And we have a pandemic going on, and Best Buy had seven different people in my house. I heard nothing from Best Buy, not a sorry, not an attempt to explain what happen or a hint someone was tracking our situation.

    Great communication regarding arrival time. I was first given a delivery window. Then I received a call approximately 30 minutes before the delivery team arrived. This really freed me up to get errands done.

    This is the third washer and dryer. I have left from you the same kind and I must get a Warrenty a much longer one which will cover it for a couple of more years. It’s a shame make it last longer when it’s such an expensive item.

    Installers brought LG Washtower today. Couldn’t hook up gas dryer due to hose not fitting. Installer said someone would call within the hour and we could schedule next crew to come out within 24 hours with correct part. This didn’t happen-no call. Now Best Buy says earliest date is 2 days away and no guarantee the second crew will have the correct part to connect the gas. There is a definite a disconnect between installers and sales department.

    This review is for installation services only. Our installation has not happened but somehow noted on our account as installed yesterday. We had purchased 2 seperate w/d units for our 2-on-1 property and had to reschedule due to plumbing/electrical hookups. Only one order was re-scheduled properly. We now have this unit uninstalled but noted as installed yesterday. I received a call from dispatch stating they could instruct the installers to install this unit as priority since we could wait for the other and reschedule. The installers were never notified and so have installed the other unit but left us with this unit still uninstalled. This unit is showing as installed yesterday - we never had an appointment yesterday? My husband has been on a call for an hour now trying to get an appointment for this unit to be installed. they are saying they have to re-purchase the unit on our credit card but it won't charge us? I've always been happy w Best Buy and Geek Squad in the past but something has gone very wrong here and we can't get a simple fix to install this unit.

    Don’t waste your time or money

    Paid for delivery AND install of brand new LG Washtower. Delivery crew of two men refused to deliver/install upstairs to the laundry room, nor did they come back after rescheduling for a 3-4 man crew to deliver/install. Had to pay separate movers $250, which was the minimum amount for them to come out to my townhouse to help. Funny thing was it only took one man to haul up the machine to the laundry room. The gas line which was recommended and purchased with this unit from BestBuy was not the correct size so I ended up spending way more money to have others perform the work that I originally paid BestBuy for. No happy with this purchase because I did not get at all what was paid for.
