Came out and hooked up a stackable washer and dryer. No issues

If I could give Zero Stars I would. The installers were rude and did not even unpack or install the unit..They left the unit in the box neext to the room where it was to be instlled and left. When I called to get a refund I was told that they said it had been installed ... a total lie !!

Beware new and old Best Buy customers, their customer care is the worst and their service that is a contracting services to install equipment or appliances are a complete joke. I had their service to come install my washer and dryer three times and they still couldn't do the job properly and they started to treat me bad. Call customer care and they said we will take care of you blah blah blah, and then I found out that they didn't do anything and they hid the conversations that I had previously with them. This is the fifth time I'm trying to deal with them and I am completely angry to a point that I want to say that they lost a customer. At least I know with Amazon they won't argue with me when they know they are at fault and they would do anything to make me happy. So goodbye Best Buy and Amazon thanks you for being jerks to your customers so they could come to them for shopping needs.

Installers were awesome! We can not say anything negative they did what they were hire for and and made sure the customer was satisfied!

It took 6 weeks to finally get someone to install this. I had two damaged units and more than once a delivery person who came to install it who said they couldn't. Customer service was the worst. But the appliance guys Brandon and Evan were amazing. Had to spend ANOTHER $300 to get the black stainless because the regular was backordered. This whole process made we want to shop somewhere else next time. But the guys who came to install it every time were always helpful.

This team that Best Buy sent out were fast, competent and professional.

Very seamless installation. They were on time, very effective, cleaned up after. Everything operated as expected.

Disappointed, frustrated in the extreme. Have been trying to have the ONE year old bought with your store on April, 2019. The extended warranty I purchased required me to exhaust all protocols for repairs since early May, 2020, with the special forces for extended warranty. The replacement unit was finally scheduled for installation and delivery yesterday Oct. 2. . . . Except that only a removal-of-the-existing-unit ONLY was scheduled but NO new unit was to be delivered. Your case management resolution decided to stop pick up of existing unit until they could correct this situation. And for me to wait today Saturday all dsy long by my phone for a call with an update. After 6 months of waiting can you wonder why I'm not at all satisfied ?

The service for this installation was good. They were timely and knew their job.

the service was horrible and awful its impossible for them to finish a simple installation of a laundry center it took them 7 trials to try to install the appliance and they couldnt even finish the work I end up hired a plumbing company to finish with this installation, and when I try to get compensate for the inefficiency their superice Diana S. told me there was nothing they couldnt done on their side since they already compensate a very low amount for their inefficiency before but who could imagine they will need 7 visits times to install an appliance . There service over all is absurd and ridiculous

Worst Installation. They did not test the product washer and dryer. Now I have a flooded room from the first wash. They did not properly hook up the hoses and drain.

The service guys were wonderful. Took out our old unit, delivered our new unit and installed all under an hour and they even cleaned up! Wonderful!
