    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! COULDNT BE BOTHERED TO TELL ME THAT THE RECORD WAS SOLD OUT! I HAD TO CALL TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING. TODAY IS DECEMBER 3rd!
