Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Before Stage Fright, Director Jerome Sable made the hilarious and bloody short film The Legend of Beaver dam. Beaver Dam had me highly interested in seeing Stage Fright, and although it did not become an instant favorite, I still enjoyed Sable's first full length film. The performances are well done and the death scenes are creative and fun, but the story could have been better. A few of the songs are also catchy. The inclusion of The Legend of Beaver Dam on a separate disc elevated my rating from 3 and a half stars to 4. Bonus points for Meatloaf also.
