    Installer did not follow directions properly for a panel-ready installation. Now my custom made panel will not fit properly.

    For $200 they put in two screws, one of which has fallen out four months after installation, rendering the appliance unusable. And there is no "support" option for the service. AVOID.

    I requested a repair appointment, but an installation team was sent to my home. This is not what I asked for. I’m still wondering why I’ve been charged for this mistake. I’ve been unable to speak with anyone about a refund because the phone keeps mysteriously disconnecting.

    Absolute nightmare of an installation process. Then I was charged the install fee AGAIN for this 3 MONTHS later! Terrible experience. Will not return to Best Buy
