The delivery pair were fabulous! Respectful of me and my house, in and out with huge 2002 Sony 51" Projection TV (must have weighed about a billion pounds) in less than 10 minutes!!! Thank you Best Buy!!!

The two folks did a good job hauling away our ten-year old washer. It had died with water in it's innards, so it was heavy but not a problem. The folks were very friendly and did a nice job. (In these times, they wore masks which we appreciated.)

I bought a new big flat screen tv. My old Sony 36” tube tv must have been 300 lbs. couldn’t roll it to the curb. Paid 20.00 bb service to come to the house and haul it away. Convenient service. I m sure it went to the electronic recycle facility

I made the jump to a 65" 4K LED TV after my plasma began to fail. Best Buy had the best price for the TV, delivery, and disposal of the plasma. So unless you want your old stuff lying around the house, have Best Buy take it off your hands.

Crew showed up on time. Total service to haul away old 40" CRT TV took less than 5 minutes. Only complaint is the cost seems high, but considering few places will pickup such items it was worth it to get rid of the TV and good to know that the recyclable parts wikl be put to good use.

The Haul-Away is a great service. The guys arrived at the scheduled time and hauled away an old 200lbs+ TV without damaging anything in the house. The workers were polite and were wearing masks.

The men kept me posted on their arrival time and even arrived early they handled a rather large tv with ease and were very professional I was very happy with my whole experience with Best Buy’s and all aspects from beginning to end!

The guys were awesome. Very patient dealing with senior citizens. We had an old surround sounds system, which he had to rewire the new TV in order for it to work. I was very impressed with their knowledge and kindness. Thank you.

After a 3rd party was unable to haul away the old unit, the TV sat on my front porch for more than a week. Communication should have been better, but the guys that came to finally take away the old unit were on time and professional. Well done.

The two guys that delivered my new 65" Sony also hauled away my old 65" rear projection TV. The old set was a monster and very heavy. The two guys handled it with ease. They were very careful and even took a door off to make sure that they did not scratch anything. Great job.

Efficiently and cleanly hauled off three of my broken old giant projection tv’s for less than the junk haulers. Finally got rid of them and got my 4K LCD’s. Great deal

The two guys who removed our huge/heavy Mitsubishi CRT 50” stand alone were fantastic. They were very polite, safe, efficient, conscientious and fast. Enough said….

Using the haul away service was very helpful to get rid of this old large tube tv that I still had in my home. There is no way I could have moved it by myself. It was worth the price.

Hit or miss. The first fridge delivery was BAD, Best Buy sent out a second team and they were amazing! The rest of the appliances were done by Quality Kitchens and they were 100% great from start to finish.

There seemed a miss order in my haul away at their end, and the driver seemed confused at the beginning. But he performed everything professionally once I showed him a confirmation email.

Removal team was at the house by 7:30am and had TV removed by 7:35am. This was a large wide screen console TV from the early 2000s so it was no easy feat to move it, but the 2-man team got it out quickly and effortlessly.

I wanted an old 2nd aka drink fridge gone. This service by bestbuy is amazing! The guys came on time and took the fridge down the stairs and out the door for less the two min ! Clean , fast and very professional !
