I didn't know how I was going to get rid of my old projection tv. Having it picked up and hauled away was the greatest service you could offer a senior citizen.

Delivery made of new washer and dryer, all in good order. Then removed old units. All this was done without damage and done quickly.

I called to reschedule and set up a new appointment after talking to . When I called the automated line, it sounded like my new appointment was still on, despite not receiving a notice of a more precise time window the day before. I wasted a day waiting for the guy to show up. I had to call and reschedule again, and talked to three people. This time my appointment was good and the guy who picked up the dryer was very nice and professional.
