Good and bad installation.

Crimped hose

Bad experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had 4 deliveries from the geek squad in the past 2 months, and still have unresolved issues. They borrowed, and kept a tool of mine because they lost theirs, they didn't hook up the waterline for the steam dryer, had the doors opening opposite directions, came 2 hours past the 7-1 window, and called us to see what they were doing. I asked him to check to see if the washing machine was level, because a top door won't stay up, he said sure, no problem, got in his truck and left. The delivery team flat stinks.

Installers find any excuse to avoid doing the job.

My original delivery and installation was scheduled for two weeks ago. The items were delivered but installers claimed the stacking kits recommended and purchase on the BestBuy website were the wrong ones. My foreman purchased two additional kits as requested by the first installer. The next installer completed half the installation using the original stacking kit - not the new ones they told us to buy. Today, another installer arrived and left without completing the installing claiming none of the three stacking kits on hand were the right size and that he was only contracted to install one dryer and no washers. And since the dryer is stacked on the washer, he couldn't do it. He was there for an hour and refused to do any work, claiming he didn't have time. Note that as I'm responding to the request for a review on the BestBuy website - this appointments says "Washing Machine Installation" and doesn't mention the dryer at all. And I paid for an install of two sets of washers and dryers. I was on the phone for an hour trying to get this straightened out and they simply dropped the call on me with no call back.

Horrible

They arrived on time, did a quality job and cleaned up and removed all debris. This was a good team approach.
