I would leave zero if I could, I know it was Best Buy I only dropped my car off at ozone to get the windows done the day before the Best Buy install. And geek squad was the only other people who had worked on my car. I didn’t notice right away I was more interested in my new speakers but I noticed where he took off my door panels and the rear deck panels he scraped my window tint on 2 windows and the rear is horrific . I tried to call I left a message and I never got a call back . I will never be back and I will tell everyone about my poor Best Buy Geek Squad installation in York pa . If you have window tints on the inside of your windows don’t allow them to install speakers do it yourself they are way to rough and didn’t even care to tell me what accident they did but I’m not sure if it was an accident it’s on every window he took off a panel to get to speakers shake my head !

Never taking my car to Best Buy again for audio installation. So called installer put the hole in the speaker with his drill. Didn’t say a word put it back together and set my daughter on her way speaker immediately started making noise took it to Car Audio Depot . They showed me the problem installer if that’s what he wants to call himself has a complete lack of morals and integrity. Beware of Stockton, Best Buy car audio install installation services

I was expected to pay almost $500 for two speakers to be purchased and installed. Two speakers, few attachments, and two wires. Seemed quite unreasonable. But the employee was quite respectful about everything. I appreciated that.

Agent did not install all the product that I brought to have installed. Went to another location to have baffles installed and found out Rockford agent incorrectly installed speaker in rear passenger door. This resulted in speaker damage leading to having to replace 2 speakers as they come in pairs. I have tried to contact the store to discuss problem. But can not get a human being with authority to fix problem on phone. For this experience I would go negative stars but one is low as you can go.

They did not complete in a timely manner 1 day installed turned into 5 days. They cut important wires in my harness that did not need to be cut.

The back of my seat is not placed back properly as I can see straight through the side where they had to open to remove the back. Then all of a sudden my left side speaker just became staticy. Mind you both of the speakers were brand new so how is it that only one speaker is having static issues. I would like to speak with someone about this as soon as possible. It hasn't even been a full month yet since the installation.

I bought the Radio Harness and was told I didn’t need it so the tech got a $15 device to get the signal for the amp plus I bought the connectors for the speakers and behold the tech didn’t use them he instead cut the wires also cut my harness to put the $15 device to get the signal I am going to bestbuy in Forsyth Illinois to speak to a manager my instal was not what I expected

Bad experience at Best Buy store #32. Would not recommend. Geek squad booked my first install appointment on a day that wasn't even open. Had to reschedule 2 weeks out. Car audio technician did damage to my vehicle after install. Cracked my cup holder and damaged my speaker panel after installing aftermarket standard speakers.

My 600 dollar speakers were installed on my Mercedes with plastic ties! As they broke inside all four doors they where left sounding like broken cardboard

My car rear speakers are great!..But I found out later someone poked 3 holes in my interior upholstery during installation.

Wait three weeks for poor final finish. Terrible service

The speakers were not installed properly and fell. They were just put in the door and not secured.

Installation was done properly and actually the technician fixed problems I was experiencing from another shop. He knew his stuff and educationed me on why my audio system was malfunctioning. I would recommend Best Buy to any and everyone seeking products or Installation.

Hyundai was going to charge me $900 to replace and install new audio speakers. And I would have waited at the dealership for hours. I paid less than half that at Bestbuy and the installtion was completed in less than 2 hours.

Marcus and Steven are outstanding, both did work on two of my vehicles, and the level of customer service and patience has definitely made me a returning customer for any of my automotive needs. Thank you so much for making this experience easy and fun.

Mercedes assisted me in getting the accurate parts, as the tech who first assisted me did not do his due diligence. She was very educated, kind and professional, as she helped me to understand what I was purchasing, unlike the first technician. All of her help and knowledge greatly assisted Michelle when it came time for install, as she mentioned she hadn't yet worked on my model (a 2024) so she wasn't entirely positive on the parts needed. I assured her that Mercedes did a lot of Googling on my behalf to ensure correct parts. With that, Michelle had everything installed in less than an hour and was very personable, kind and professional. Very grateful to work with them!

Bought new radio and installation kit from floor salesperson. Installer determined it was not the radio, but the speakers that were bad. His knowledge and ability saved me some money...I am very appreciative

I would highly recommend Best Buy for car stereo installation! I had 2 pair of 6 1/2 inch coaxial speakers installed in my car to replace the manufacturer installed speakers that came with my car to improve the sound quality in my car. I also had installed a sub woofer and a sub woofer amp. Best Buy mistakingly only had me down on the schedule as having to install 1 pair of speakers, but they worked me in on the schedule to include both pairs of speakers, a sub woofer, and a sub woofer amp installation. My Best Buy car stereo installer, Kenny, was very professional, polite, and highly knowledgeable in the installation of car audio. Kenny had great communication skills. He took a close-up picture of how the speaker wires had to be spliced to connect with the stereo receiver so that I would know how he connected it. Kenny would let me know a couple of other times when he needed to communicate an aspect of the installation to me that I needed to know. I really appreciated his communication skills to me regarding the installation. Kenny even saved me some money on the speaker installation by finding a way to install my front speakers without me having to purchase a new pair of brackets. Kenny was so competent in his job, and like a genius in car audio installation! I was so totally impressed with Kenny and his excellent work installing my car speakers, subwoofer, and sub woofer amp. Everything was done professionally, neatly, and carefully. After the installation was done, Kenny showed me where my old speakers, and any old or unused items were in the trunk of my car, neatly placed in the speaker boxes. Kenny explained everything he did regarding the installation. Kenny helped me tune the sub woofer amp to my sub woofer, to get the desired bass sound that I wanted. He was very patient with me as I took a while to decide how much bass I wanted. Kenny told me if I ever needed to make an adjustment in the amount of bass I wanted, that I could make an appointment, and he would help me adjust the amount of bass to get the sound I wanted. My car sound system sounds fantastic! I am highly pleased with the work that Kenny provided to me on the car audio installation in my car! Thank you so much, Kenny, and Best Buy! I am a very happy customer!
