What more really needs to be said? Classic after classic, and the vinyl looks pretty cool. Plays well and sounds and looks good, everything is where it needs to be. If you're a fan of OutKast or a fan of rap, or a fan of some of the most impressive use of the English language to convey a wide range of emotion and raw feeling, then do yourself a favor and pick it up! Would be a good starting spot to learn about OutKast, or to round out your collection.
