This lightweight, solar-powered lantern is a nice little trinket to have around in case of a power outage or just to take camping. The solar panel is stored in the lid and came pre-charged. I tested it out in a darkened bedroom and it puts out a lot of light with three brightness options. The only disappointment is that the USB charging feature is only accessible when the lid is off the lantern body, which means that you can't really have the light shining while charging a smartphone or other device. All in all, I'd recommend it for the price.

Its solar powered,waterproof , storage, and its bright enough to eluminate a room. This also can charge your electronic devices witha usb port! Just case id rather get caught with than without.
