Undisclosed return policy

The item itself may very well be fine; however, I bought it from Best Buy & found out it wasn't going to suit my needs. When I went to return it, was told it was from an outside company with a different return policy & it can't be returned. I was never advised of this other policy & believe the law requires advising it when an item is purchased. Don't buy products until you've been provided with the return policy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
