The shredder shreds into small pieces by cross cutting the up to 12 pages of paper. It has a sliding top that turns the shredder on and off. So far, this is the best shredder I have ever purchased.

Even though I have only had the shredder a mona month , I am totally satisfied with the quality and effectiveness that it has displayed. Has not over- heated after 20 minutes of continuous usage . Highly recommend!!

Undisclosed return policy

The item itself may very well be fine; however, I bought it from Best Buy & found out it wasn't going to suit my needs. When I went to return it, was told it was from an outside company with a different return policy & it can't be returned. I was never advised of this other policy & believe the law requires advising it when an item is purchased. Don't buy products until you've been provided with the return policy
