It’s a very nice mat delivered flat (without rolled up). The only problem is that the wheels are already making indentations within a few days. This grade might be too thin for my chair. My husband has a thicker mat in his office that he’s been using over 20 years remains the same. I will go along with it just because it is inexpensive. And my chair is still sliding so I’ll be more gentle so I don’t break it. I’m sure the expensive and thick ones will hold up better.

The mat itself is what I was expecting for the price. It is working out well. I was not pleased when it was delivered! It was not rolled up or in a box or bag! It was laying flat in front of my door getting wet in the rain. I'm actually surprised it didn't blow away!

Flimsy and not up to the task for a high-pile carpet.

I really like the product. Only thing is it came in no box and when it was delivered they left it on the front porch bent. It folded over on itself. So it took a few days of laying it flat. it does still have a slight curve in the middle but hoping over time it will be fully flat.

Does the job but already dented in several places, sounds like it's cracking every time I sit on the chair. I know what you're thinking, and no, I'm not some 400lb dude. I'm average built, it's just this thing is pretty cheap but for the price I can't complain as much as I would have if this was not on sale. Also, think it's worth it to pay a little extra and get a Gorilla branded one, had one before and they were sturdy. One last annoying fact, they shipped it without a box, so that's kind of disgusting. Spent time doing a deep clean before letting it touch my carpet...that's what she said! Ok I'll stop.
