Out of 30 discs, only 2 of them haven't already been released. The Original Series seasons 1, 2, and 3 are the exact same discs--no new features. Feature films 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6 are the exact same discs--mediocre transfers, with too much digital noise reduction applied, making everyone look waxy, with little fine detail. Only disc 2, Wrath of Khan, is a new director's cut disc. While the set adds a disc with new material on the making of the feature film series, another disc "Captain's Summit" was in a previous set, but NOT in this set. The 1-season Animated Series is included, but it is also available for purchase separately if you already own all the other stuff in this box. Set original MSRP $200. Has been as low as $79.99 and not worth a penny more.

Perfect for that Star trek lover in your life. Great buy for the amount of blu rays you get. Movies, original series and animated series. Also some cool mini posters.

I bought this for my mom for Christmas and she acutely loved it! If you know anyone that is a Star Trek fan please get this for them, they will absolutely love it!

You get all the original crew adventures in one slick box and I got it on sale. Definitely would recommend if you don't own the pieces separately.

As an old Star Trek fan, happy to bet all of this on Blu-ray. As usual the packaging on these huge sets can be troublesome, but otherwise...

Love that this combines everything from the original series (live and animated TV shows plus movies). Packaging is nice, but quality was not quite as good as I'd hoped for. Great value for everything you get.

ALL THE CLASSICS IN ONE SET .... You cannot find a better buy and this is where it all started
