If you like TOS, this is a great deal. All the original shows, the animated series, and the movies. The picture quality is great. The effects have been redone but you can switch between them and the originals easily.

Every episode and film featuring the original crew of the Enterprise. You have the option of watching each episode with the original or enhanced SFX. Bingeworty watching.

Love this collection! Great to own if you enjoy classic Star Trek.

Without a doubt, this is the most definitive collection set of Star Trek The Original Series containing all episodes (including the original pilot episode), all special features, all the original series movies, and the animated series. I would say that my only complaint is the lack of a printed episode guide and overall booklet. The disc cases and housings Marlee should are good and definitely makes the set easy to store and keeps the discs safe and easy to take out. Worth purchasing for a great value if you’re seeking to have all aspects of the original series on blu ray.

From the outside box which is beautifully done to the entire collection of the original Trek episodes and movies it's just awesome. The box is a little tricky to maneuver so be careful if you want it to stand the test of time in your collection. ALL have incredible blu ray transfers and sharp hd digital sound, especially the original episodes. The show and the movies stand up well over time and they are just as fun to watch the 20th time as they are the first. That is rare.

If you are a fan of Star Trek: The Original Series there is really only one reason not to purchase the product, if you already have the bulk of the content. The set contains the entire original series, the cartoon series, and the movies featuring the cast of the original series. Everything here has been released separately but this is a great way to get everything at once. The packaging is well done and you get a collectors pin.

I used this set to update/consolidate my original series sets, animated dvds and movies. The packaging is insane (not in a great way), but I'm willing to deal with the gargantuan nature of the box to get everything updated. I figure most things are peaking with blu-ray (4K just seems a minor step to me) so hopefully I won't have to dip again for a long time. It was on sale, so I was able to sell what I had to buy this and had some money left over. Great deal.

This is a very nice collection! tar Trek: 50th Anniversary TV and Movie Collection [Blu-ray] is an excellent complete collection of all your favorite episodes and everyone you didn't get to see. Outtakes and Back Stage Humor never before seen footage included.

Having never yanked the money out of my wallet for the three seasons on DVD, once a saw this I had to pick it up. All 3 seasons, all 6 movies, the complete animated series, along with some cool artwork and a magnetic pin, nice. I didn't even get this on sale and I'm still happy, recommended.

Star Trek has been and always will be the standard of which all science fiction will be measured. The show had class, depth, stories that meant something (well, except for the Tribbles, but you need some comedy relief at times). The movies were fun too, my faves are 2 & 4.

When the original 60's tv series was to be restored and presented in bluray: The production team decided to alter and enhance the special effects, thus bringing controversy to the changes. I have no qualms. If Gene Roddenberry was here, He would of approved.

I am so glad I purchased this set. Great value considering all that is included. I purchased the set as a gift and the receiver loved it.

Being a collector of Star Trek, I simply could not turn away from this offer. If you are a Star Trek fan, I advise you to grab this while it still lasts.!

Every Trek fan needs this. Solid pin and remastered movies very good. In particular, new multichannel sound a must for home theaters.

If you are a serious fan of the original series, this is a terrific bargain. You can have your own marathon (without commercials and uncut,of course) whenever you choose!

This set was on sale for $65 and I found that unbelievable!!! I drove two hours each way to pick it up from the nearest store!!!

The package and content quality overall are excellent. But disc 2 or season 1 only played half way through before it began to pixalate and freeze up! Then it stopped all-together! By the time I figured this out, the item was no longer returnable! I think that's a very short window to make sure a set this large is working properly before you are not able to return it as defective! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

This is the perfect gift for any Star Trek fan. The complete animated series inclusion made it a must have.
