Great movie, good action , keeps your attention, five stars...

After the last Star Trek movie I was hesitant. however this movie was good and the 4K quality was great.

if you're expecting an action packed movie from beginning to end, the first part of the movie will be a disappointment as there are no action scenes. At the beginning of the movie, Kirk is presenting the Teenaxi Delegation a piece of an ancient weapon as a symbol of peace from the Fibonan High Council in an attempt to broker a truce between the two. The Teenaxi Delegation is suspect of the meaning of the Fibonan High Council offer and unceremoniously sends Kirk back to his ship and the Enterprise heads to the Yorktown Star Base. The Enterprise is then sent on a rescue mission that turns into an ambush. Hence, the second part of the movie, which is predicated on Krall's attempt to take the piece of the weapon, provides the only action scenes in the movie. The movie could have ended at this point if they had destroyed the piece of the weapon. Also note, in essence, you can get a feel for the majority of what's going to happen in the second part of the movie by just looking at the 1.5 minute movie trailer. This is also disappointing.

Star Trek space the final frontier is a great experience in 4K

Another Star Trek movie to get the action and laughs going for all you Star Trek fans! Same jam-packed fun!

My family has really enjoyed these movies over the years.

This was a pretty good movie despite the fact that since Leonard Nimoy passed away, he wasn't in the movie.

Over all a great add for Star Trek fans,lack of story,special effects make up for all lack luster of story.
