Can't say enough about how fantastic this movie is and looks in both 4K and Blu-Ray versions! A MUST HAVE AND VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Could Star Trek look any better than blu-ray? Yep. I saw fine detail on the 4K that I missed and still miss in the blu-ray.

The movie was enjoyable. The acting was good. I am not a hard core Trek fan. I am a fan of DS9 and Voyager but not the original series so it didn't bother me that Vulcan was destroyed. But people I know who are hard core fans had issues with the changes to the canon.
