    even if its not your cup o’ Trek. i would rather have shows made and either let it fly or fall on its face, than to stifle the imaginations of any storytellers. watch it like its not Trek and you might be surprised.

    A 'sleepy" Star Trek rendition that is just too "woke" for me. The actors themselves deliver fine performances. The story they are given to portray is tiresome, tedious, and bereft of any semblance of Gene Rodenberry's take on entertainment

    Star Trek story telling evolved. The character development is broader than TOS. The arc of continuity is maintained. Watch more than one episode in a sitting.

    Video quality: The video quality is below average - compression artifacts and banding. Every disc has special features added leaving less space for episode content. I watched this over-compressed content on a smaller screen where the defects are less noticeable. Content: Not as good as previous seasons. They’ve taken self-righteous political correctness ‘where no one has gone before’. Hoping for a better season 5.
