Nightmarish Shipping

Product was very poorly packed for shipping; only one side out of six had any protection at all, while all five other sides were pressed up, unpadded, against the shipping box, taking all of the shock. When the box first reached my hands, I could hear the debris inside. Leaves me with about 28 DVD discs with nothing to contain them.
