Despite some internet backlash, this is a great, fun game that brings back the feel of the original Star Wars Battlefront games. The negative press regarding micro transactions is way overblown. This game runs smoothly and definitely returns the feel of large team on team contests that are familiar to those who played the original series. Micro transactions are currently disabled and there is no content that can't be obtained by simply playing the game.

Finally a new Star Wars game with a story mode. Story Mode was fun, to include Walkers x-wing fighters and good game play. Unfortunately, the Story Mode was way to short. Had glitches I would not have expected from Star Wars franchise, such as players freezing and a very frustrating scene when your character uncontrollably floats off the planet, out of bounds, and dies.

I enjoy this game quite a bit, especially since it has a campaign mode unlike the first one. Graphics are great! I would recommend to any Star Wars fan.

Except the campaign is better. So if you have played SW Battlefront and liked it even mildly, you will like this one. If you are fan of Star wars, get the game - its lots of fun. The loot boxes are a mess but EA partly took care of it, so while its still an annoyance, the game is fun to play.

This game is fun! The graphics are outstanding and the gameplay is pretty good overall. Load times are long and they haven't got the servers perfect yet.

Great upgrade to the previous. Campaign is fun, but short. Story is a bit weak. A great multiplayer. Disappointed with the pay to win atmosphere though.

Despite the controversy, Star Wars Battlefront 2 is an improvement over the first one, especially with the single player campaign and enhanced graphics.

This game is a fantastic revival of the original game. The graphics are breathtaking, the campaign is intriguing, and the online gameplay is riveting.

The campaign is fun(only completed half so far) This game caught a lot of heat and was giving a low rating because of the micro transactions. I agree games shouldn’t have them unless it’s cosmetic items, but this game starts you out with more than half the items unlocked anyway. This game was made for the online experience, with several game types that are all entertaining in their own way. The graphics are absolutely stunning.

i bought this to play on my xbox one x for the increase in resolution and hoping that it will support dolby atmos down the road. as with any new game thats released developers will be patching in new features or taking out things that fans don't like. Just keep that in mind. With that said I do enjoy the graphics and audio in this game, as any stars fan should! Remember game on a home theater at least a 5.1! You'll thank me later!

I know that Battlefront 2 had a really rocky start thanks to EA's behavior, but for all intents and purposes, this game is perfectly playable and enjoyable now. There's still a robust online community and you'll always be able to find a server to play on. The story mode is decent, but this game has always been about the multiplayer, which is really good this time around.

It’s a fun game so far, I’ve only played the campaign. You really feel like you are in Star Wars.

Game is fantastic graphically and engine wise. I think the additions of hero's and the point system isn't bad but the original was quite smooth and fun. The one things that drives me crazy is the need to hit a regular soldier 2-3 times with a light-saber. If the engine was that good it should distinguish arm/leg vs. body/head. The rest of it has nice improvements especially on the flight side...very nice improvements here.

Online multiplayer is great as expected. Story is awesome. A lot of battle modes to choose from.

If you are a Star Wars fan, this is an amazing game. I love the graphics, love the game play and the story lines are fun and keep you interested.

Awesome gameplay and also you can't go wrong with the new story line. Online play is so much fun and way better than the previous Star Wars game.

The game was delivered on launch day and the free additional content download worked. Very pleased with the graphics and game play of this title.
