This game is a must have for star wars fans. When I heard EA was doing a single player star wars game with no microtransactions I thought I was going crazy. Its refreshing. This game wears it's inspiration on its sleeve. The game has been compared to the Souls series but I would say the combat is a bit less refined. The story is decent and great for fans of Rebels and Clone Wars for all the call backs. While some have said the game is too hard it's fair with its difficulty settings and no where near the difficulty of other games in its respected genre. The biggest issues that need to be addressed are its bugs and glitches. By now it's even been confirmed by the devolpers that the game was rushed at the end to release by holiday season. This has lead to bugs that range from falling through the floor to enemies despawning effectively bugging trophies. I still recommend the game for star wars fans and fans of action adventure games with exploration as a focus. Its upgrade system is run of the mill but fun and the light saber feels just right and great to customize. Hopefully this game gets a sequel that allows for more impactful customization. I would just say buyer beware there will be issues at times. Also worth noting on PS4 Pro the game runs hot and can induce performance problems. This is a documented issue so just be mindful and take breaks. May the force be with you.

This game is a must for Star Wars fans. I really enjoyed the lightsaber combat and the force powers were fun to upgrade and use. I dont recall many bugs or glitches, and there was definitely nothing game-breaking for me. I'm looking forward to playing the upcoming sequel.

Fun, great graphics and challenging, it really nails down the Star Wars atmosphere!

If you are a fan of the original trilogy of Star Wars, the prequels, or the new sequel trilogy, the story in this game is a must have for your collection. Game play is great action combat, platforming, & amazing boss fights. Lightsaber combat is fluid & fun, & the skill progression upgrades to your abilities are well worth working for in the game. This is a must have in any gamer’s collection!

Not only is this the best Star Wars game to date, it’s also the best game of 2019. The graphics are stunning. The story is strong. The acting is superb. The controls are fluid and intuitive. It’s a winner for sure. Unlike games of the past they didn’t simply just rely upon the Star Wars name to sell a mediocre game. They actually put in some hard work and the result is an amazing product.

I liked the game overall. I didn’t care for the beginning cause it took a long time to feel like I was actually capable of dealing damage, let alone surviving. You need to run this game on performance mode for 60fps in the Pro and the graphics suffer. Some areas look fantastic but other parts look unfinished. It was a fun play through but I don’t see myself going back to it. The passion was missing, but it definitely had its moments and is worth at least a rental. Definitely a step in the right direction, especially with no micro transactions.

Combine Uncharted (Tomb Raider), Dark Souls and Star Wars and what do you get... This masterpiece. Great gameplay, compelling story that fits well into the Star Wars Universe. This is the single player Star Wars Adventure we've been waiting for. It takes place around the time of the Star Wars Rebels and includes some characters from the series. Highly recommended.

This is a great single player by EA. I hope they continue to put out more great action/adventure Star Wars games like this one. Jedi Fallen Order was definitely worth per-ordering, I like the orange lightsaber! I'm very happy with my purchase!

Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order is both fun and challenging. The simplest description would be, "It's like Tomb Raider with lightsabers." The game is primarily adventure and exploration with plenty of combat and problem solving. I really liked the lightsaber customization element as well. Add all of this together with a compelling story, and you've got a great game.

This game looks and plays great. It’s immense and immersive. The story is compelling as well as the characters. My only slight complaint is that the maps are so large that once you accomplish your main objective, you often have to make your way all the way back to your ship. Although, it does allow you to snag some loot that you may have missed on the way back.

To any fans of Star Wars and video games, this is a match made in Heaven. I love this game so much. The story is compelling! The game play mechanics are easy to pick up and allow for unique interactions with enemies. As a suggestion, get that double edged lightsaber. Game is about 20-30hrs of main story but with exploration is like 40-60hrs. Just incredible.

This is an awesome game for adults and kids. It takes a few tries to get used to the controls but after that the gameplay is smooth. I live the original story you play through. You can tell that a lot of work was put into the background, dialog, and combat sequences. If you are a Star Wars fan and gamer this is simply a must have for all wanna be Jedi knights.

Exceptional graphics, challenging game play and a great story line

Graphics look really good. Can be challenging. Only thing is the controls can be a little clunky sometimes, but you can get use to it.

Respawn, despite a known history of focusing on developing first person shooters, has made a satisfying 3rd person action with more challenge than is usually expected from a brand as big as Star Wars. The combat system and exploration is heavily inspired by the games of From Software, developer of notoriously challenging games like Demon's Souls, Dark Souls 1, 2, & 3, Bloodborne, and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. It's not a game you can passively mash your way through on standard difficulty settings, you do have to do a little work to learn and anticipate the actions of each enemy type, or they may take you out pretty quickly, resetting your progress in a harsher way than you may be used to (you lose everything except for your main weapons, and every enemy respawns). Once you get into the rhythm of the way they want to handle a situation, it's very satisfying. The story also breaks from the mold of most Star Wars games, in that it's actually decent if not good. I won't go into detail about that because it's a story, it's more interesting to go in without expectations. Definitely worth your time if you are a Star Wars fan at all, and even more so if you are both a Star Wars fan and someone who enjoys challenging games.
