Got this for my son and he loves it .. he's a huge Star Wars fan.

I bought this during a clearance sale and September. It is a Christmas gift, so I am not sure of the functionality of it yet. But the package looks awesome and for the price that I paid I thought it was a great deal. I'm assuming that it will work fine, but if not I will revise my review.

This is a pretty good product. I don't think the app connection function is worth the trouble, but the style and other functions are great.

8-year-old loves it.....although I don't think he's ever actually used to the blue tooth interactive aspect of the toy. We tried it out at first but was more trouble than it was worth. But the feel and look of the toy make it seem very real.

Got these for me and my son to play around with and he loves it he’s a few years younger than the recommended age but has picked up with the training feature quickly. definitely Recommending these to anyone who loves Star Wars regulars less of age

Light Sabertooth does not turn off or at least there is no indication of it turning off. Went through a set of batteries in a day, because we did not know if it was off or on. It's hard to link to the app. Ended up returning the lightsaber.

THE BREAKDOWN: Where was this when I was younger. This is a super fun toy and I thought that it was enjoyable without the app. It has realistic light effects and authentic movie sounds. This thing is packed with a plethora sensors to track your every movement and it is bluetooth enabled to integrate with modern technology like smart phones and tablets. The light saber itself is pretty cool looking with a few buttons with a little slide section that opens to expose the “Kyber Crystal” that is a button. It has multiple LED lights and even changes with the characters. The sound effects are even synced up. The sensors that I spoke about earlier are an accelerometer, gyroscope and barometer that tracks the angle, speed and your accuracy and communicates all that with the app. The app itself was easy to locate and download. Once you get the app downloaded you press the action button on the light saber it connects quickly. After you get the saber connected and calibrate the sensors on the saber the fun begins. You can go to training or right into fighting. The battle master game is turn based and you can block, attack and use the force. PRO’s: -Easy to use and setup -Interactive App -Bluetooth enabled -Realistic light effects -Authentic movie sounds -Play with or without app CON’s: -The app could use some real time feedback SUMMARY: Overall, I feel that this product worked very well and I would recommend this to a friend if they are in the market for device like this. I wish there was more realtime feed back instead of static like images. This was definitely a huge improvement over the original light sabers.

My seven year old loves this and loves to train with it on the ipad, it looks a bit to fragile to have sword fights with other kids but the Ipad games are great!

My son loves it although it was a little hard to pair at the beginning.

The kids loved it, they enjoyed how they could learn how to interact with the app.

Little bit improvement, need adult guidance with the app

I purchased this for a birthday gift and it has been used for hours of imaginative fun. The Bluetooth connection to the app really expands the use of this.

This is a great tool if you want your child or yourself to learn the basics of fencing. My son loves this lightsaber.

I bought this for my brother. He’s played with it non stop. It easy to switch between the lights. We still need to set up the app for the lightsaber.

Christmas present for grandson, likes it and is doing extremely well. One word of warning, his father said the child needs lots of room to play.

Great toy and learning experience for the kiddos. Easy to play with and quite simple for children to understand. Great buy!
